1. Does Mothi Ceramics retail only bathroom products?

We retail many other products such as Tiles for Interior and exterior uses, Kitchen Sinks, faucets and sanitary ware. Also we have range of complimentary accessories such as Tile Adhesive, Grouts, Stone tiles etc.

2. Does Mothi Ceramics deliver products to your doorstep?

Yes, we go through a simple procedure once the products are selected and payments are made we arrange delivery to your doorstep at a small charge. Delivery Schedule and time will be informed to the customer once the materials are ready for dispatch. Our responsibility ceases once the materials are delivered and checked to the respective Client Location.

3. Does Mothi Ceramics deliver to cities other than Mysore?

Yes and the procedure remains the same as FAQ 2. Transportation will be charged extra as applicable.

4. Does Mothi Ceramics provide labour for sanitary ware fittings?

Yes we can recommend technically well known plumbers for you to contact but we don’t undertake any labour responsibility.

5. What if my products are damaged?

We at Mothi Ceramics clearly specify customer to check the products on delivery any damages claimed after that shall not be entertained as we do not have control over site conditions. The nature of the products we deal can be easily damaged during fitting, handling and transportation thus we don’t take any responsibility post delivery.

6. What are the modes of payments accepted by Mothi Ceramics ?

We accept Cash, Cheques and Online Bank transfers.

7. In case of Sales Query who do I contact?

You can call our Showroom at the numbers mentioned on the Contact Us page on our website www.mothiceramics.in. Alternatively you can use the form on the Contact Us page and send us an email using the appropriate subject. You can also directly mail us on mothiceramics@yahoo.co.in or info@mothiceramics.in.

8. In case I have faced issues with the Service, can I inform somebody at Mothi Ceramics ?

Yes you can, providing quick and fast service to the customer is our highest priority. If any of the registered complaint in not attended within 72hours you can contact us and inform the same. Our team will take the lead and try to sort out the issue at earliest.
